American military personnel, injured by insurgent activity in Iraq, re-adjust to life back home: Private Randall Clunen (19), infantryman with the 101st Airborne, was on guard duty in Tal Afar, a town near the Syrian border on December 8, 2003 when a suicide bomber broke through the perimeter fence, blowing himself up and wounding 58 soldiers. Clunen suffered shrapnel wounds to his face and jaw and required an emergency tracheotomy to enable him to breathe.
