Families gather in the Efrat settlement, between Bethlehem and Hebron, at an event to benefit the memorial foundation of two Jewish teenagers killed by Palestinian militants in a cave near Jerusalem in 2001. Around 180,000 Palestinians, some 24,000 of them Christians, live in and around Bethlehem. Also present are a number of Jewish settlements, with a population approaching 80,000.
