A patient is treated using acupuncture at the Ai Min Weight Reduction Clinic. The clinic, which is known for its high success rate, uses a synthesis of traditional Chinese medicine, dietary programs and exercise to achieve weight loss. Acupuncture is officially accepted as a technique for weight reduction in China, but is not common because the treatments are more time-consuming than other methods.
