Roland Holschneider

Roland Holschneider (Darmstadt, 1959) started working as a volunteer for Deutsche Presse-Agentur (dpa) in 1981 and was engaged as a staff photographer soon afterwards. In this capacity, he was based consecutively in Stuttgart, Berlin, Bonn and Frankfurt. After three years as editor of the picture desk at dpa’s Frankfurt head quarters, he took over responsibility for the agency’s picture service in 1996.
