Tsvangirayi Mukwazhi is an experienced photojournalist with over 20 years in the field. Passionate about multiformat storytelling, he has captured the essence of humanity through his work across Africa, Europe, and Asia. His work has earned him numerous awards both on the continent and internationally.
Tsvangirayi’s expertise has been passed on to other photojournalists through past teaching roles at the Norwegian Fredskorpset, World Press Photo Foundation, the Pathshala Institute and Samso in South and East Africa. He is currently a Knight Science Journalism Research Fellow at MIT in the USA.
