Ai Mabuchi has been working for Yamagata International Documentary Film Festival (YIDFF) as a program coordinator.
Graduated from Nihon Universety College of Art, Film Production course, she pursued her career in the film industry not only in Japan but also in Australia where she developed production coordination skills in documentary and TV commercial area.
Since back in Japan, she shifted her career to the coordination and curation of film screening at YIDFF and other film festival and contests including local festivals and film screenings, which are organized by the local NPO that she is managing with local artists in her hometown.
