Rebecca McClelland

Rebecca McClelland is a photography editor and curator based in the United Kingdom. She was New Statesman magazine’s first photography editor, tasked with overseeing the visual content of the redesigned political current affairs magazine. 

She is also creative director and curator of The Ian Parry Scholarship, an international award for visual journalism, and associate lecturer at The University for the Creative Arts Farnham, specializing in professional practice. She has worked on editorials in London for the last 13 years, spending many years as a photography editor on The Sunday Times magazine and continues to edit for picture desks at the London Evening Standard, Wallpaper*, and Art World magazine.

Additionally, she is the founder of OPENHOUSECURATE, a new venture in curation.
