Oleg Tsesarsky, born in 1930, graduated from the Institute of Finance before becoming a photojournalist, specializing in photo essays and cultural events. He photographed many famous artists, such as Dmitri Shostakovich and David Oistrakh. Later, he worked in applied photography.
