Ira Schwarz (New York City, USA, 1951) moved to Washington DC in 1978 to work for The Associated Press as a staff photographer. He covered the presidencies of Jimmy Carter, Ronald Reagan, George Bush Sr., Bill Clinton and George W. Bush Jr.. Schwarz now lives in New York City.
