U.S. Highway patrolman Huey Krohn seizes a flag held by Anthony Quinn (5) from McComb. Anthony had been sitting with his mother Aylene and three brothers and sisters on the steps of the Governor's mansion in Jackson, Mississippi, to protest the seating of five congressmen from districts where blacks could not vote.
