Helen set up the agency in 1995 for the BBC Natural History Unit and took it over in 2002. Prior to that, from 1984 to 1995, Helen was manager of the Wildlife Photographer of the Year Competition organised by the Natural History Museum London and BBC Wildlife magazine.
Helen is an affiliate of iLCP, the International League for Conservation Photographers.
